Right of withdrawal

When shopping online as a consumer, as a general rule you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days according to the Swedish and EU Distance Contracts and Contracts outside Business Premises Law. The right of withdrawal, however, does not apply to the purchase of snus as these products are perishable goods with a limited shelf life.

Due to legal regulations and the perishable nature of our products (snus/smokeless tobacco) we can not accept any returns. No orders are refunded, although damaged orders may be replaced by similar product(s). Should there be any external or internal damage to the parcel due to handling, rendering the contents useless, please contact us via e-mail, either directly at info@SnusRoom.com, or via our contact form available on the web page, under the section ”Contact Us”.

Should you change your mind with regard to your order or if you have simply ordered the wrong product(s), you may cancel your order, provided it has not yet entered the shipping process. Once the items have entered the shipping process, an order can no longer be cancelled.
